Traumatic corneal limbal laceration with iris prolapse and traumatic cataract after road traffic injury.

Corneal tattoo

Patient with calcified cataract and severe prolifrative retinopathy and retinal detachment. The cornea was clear,the white cataract was a cosmetic problem.
The patient was using a cosmetic contract Lens but with unsatisfactory results.
Corneal tattoo was done to have a more acceptable effect.
Note the preserved luster of the cornea as the tattoo was intrastromal.
