The 20g sclerotomy shows congestion and chemosis and irregular surface indicating inflammation and aggressive scaring, on the other hand the 23g sclerotomy without suture is without any redness and the surface is smooth.
Both are in the same Patient operated two weeks back. Same Patient same eye. Two different ports.

Unexplained pupillary peaking at two points in post cataract Surgery case.
Uneventful cataract one day post op.
Edited- looks normal now, after two days of Surgery, vision 6/9,improving to 6/6 to day.
