Two photos comparing 23g sutureless sclerotomy vs 20g sutured sclerotomy at two weeks from the date of surgery.

The 20g sclerotomy shows congestion and chemosis and irregular surface indicating inflammation and aggressive scaring, on the other hand the 23g sclerotomy without suture is without any redness and the surface is smooth.
Both are in the same Patient operated two weeks back. Same Patient same eye. Two different ports.
